Q: What's a toolbar?
A: A toolbar is a type of browser extension. Toolbars add additional buttons or links to the browser interface to accomplish frequently used tasks.

Q: Does the toolbar include any type of adware or spyware?
A: No. The toolbar does not contain any adware or spyware components.

Q: How do I install the toolbar?

Q: Is the toolbar available for browsers other than Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox?
A: The toolbar works with both Mozilla and Firefox browsers as well as IE. We are examining the possibilities of offering the Toolbar for other browsers, such as AOL and Opera, in the future.

Q: How often do you update the toolbar?
A: The toolbar is updated frequently and an updated version is normally available every two to four weeks. To check for new versions just click the version button on the toolbar or check your account status.

Q: Does the toolbar work with Netscape or Opera?
A: No. The Online Entrepreneurs Toolbar is currently available for Microsoft Internet Explorer and Firefox. We are examining the possibilities of offering the Toolbar for other browsers, such as AOL, Netscape and Opera, in the future.

Q: I can't see the Online Entrepreneurs Toolbar. What do I do?
A: In your browser choose View > Toolbars and then click on Online Entrepreneurs Toolbar.
